PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Automatic hot rolling (forged) steel ball production line is welcomed to produce forged steel ball for different size & material. High productivity,  low labor tensity, large production, easy operation, widely used for modern forging balls producing; production mechanization, the high degree of automation ; stable quality, high HRC,small HRC difference between internal and surface, high impact value, environmental protection, and energy saving, can easily form large-scale production.

The main components:

  • Round bar deliver system
  • Induction heating system
  • Hot cutting machine ( balls over dia70mm)
  • Hot pressure machine ( balls over dia70mm) 
  • Main rolling machine 
  • Isothermal machine
  • Quenching machine
  • Tempering machine 

PRODUCING PROCESS

  •  After checking the round bars and passed qualification, put the round bars into the induction furnace to heat to the certain temperature. With the help of the heat cutting machine, the round bars were cut automatically.
  • Put the red-hot condition’s round bar into the hot pressure machine to make the semi-finished balls.
  • Put the red-hot condition’s semi-finished balls into the rolling balls machine, and to form the forging balls.
  • The hot rolled balls in red-hot condition will go into water quenching machine for quenching and then cooling in the certain time.  And then put all of them into tempering machine so that to make needed HRC.
  • After checking by the laboratory, put all qualified steel balls into plastic bags and deliver to clients.forging ball production line
